4 Reasons Why IBPS Examination System is a failure : Must Read article

There is no doubt that IBPS had revolutionized the Bank Recruitment Process in India, by introducing the concept of Common Written Exams (CWE`s) for the Post of Probationary Officers, Specialist Officers and Clerk and to add another feather into the IBPS's Cap, there comes a news that Government of India had given the approval to IBPS for conducting the Common Written Exam for Post of Clerks and Officers in 82 Regional Rural banks.More details about this NEWS can be checked at the Link given below.

These additional responsibilities are given to IBPS because the organization had successfully conducted the Common Written Exams in 2011 and 2012.As all of us know that every system had its own advantages and disadvantages and likewise IBPS Common Written Examination system has also some drawbacks that needs to be sorted out, at the earliest possible time.

IBPS Not providing clear Info !

Most students who have passed the IBPS PO exam 2011 are not happy with the IBPS examination system as the IBPS is not providing the clear Information after the IBPS PO Results 2011 were declared.Even the IBPS had not published the List of Successful students in the IBPS PO exam 2011.This thing created must chaos among students where they rank in the Merit List.So it is must that IBPS must upload the Marks of the all the candidates in the order of merit who passed the IBPS PO exam 2011 and IBPS Clerk exam 2011

Only Toppers are getting Interview Calls

In the IBPS PO results that were declared in the month of December, 2011 approximately 1.10 lakh students were declared as successful.Soon after the declaration of  results, Public Sector banks have started announcing their PO recruitment 2012.When the Interview lists of Public Sector banks were published it comes to fore that Only Toppers in the IBPS PO Exam 2012 are getting the interview calls from the most of the Public Sector banks.

Candidates having PO Score below 160 will have to wait longer as they will get chance for Interview only if the toppers get selected in the top Public Sector banks.

Different Eligibility criteria

The Educational Qualifications as prescribed in the IBPS Advertisement is different from that of the Bank's Eligibility Criteria.Eg: IBPS had invited applications for the IBPS PO Exam 2012 from those candidates who have secured minimum 50 % marks in the Graduation. While most of the Public Sector banks require candidates to have secured above 60 % marks in the Graduations.

This simply means that merely satisfying the IBPS Eligibility criteria does not guarantee that even after passing the IBPS exam you will be called for the Interview. In fact, you will have to satisfy the Individual Bank's Eligibility criteria.

Banks trying to make money

While inviting the successful candidates for the Interview, banks are fixing the cut offs very low, so that more and more candidates will apply and this in turn will generate more and more money for the banks.Every one knows that only toppers will be called for the Interview and others are simply trying their Luck

  1. Absolutely right.Even some of the final results published till date u can find that all the list contain same candidates who are the toppers in the exam.So the recruitment drive by the concerned banks itself is going to be a failure as the toppers can join only in one bank not in all the 19 nationalized banks. So it is the responsibility of the IBPS to find a solution for this so that the qualified candidates in the common exam can at least appear for the interview.

  2. Pehle ibps jeb dheeli karwata h n phir bd mai banks karwati hain, business bna liya hai dono ne n ab to 82 RRBs bhi candidates ko lootne ke liye aa rahi hain. Marte hai bhi to gen n obc ctg wale, Maje to sc n st walo ke hain jahan ek aur gen n obc walo ko PO ke liye 450 rs. Dene padte hain wahin sc n st 450 mai 9 times apply karte hai koi tarika nahi garibi check karne ka, aur inki cut off bhi kam jati h

  3. Please Publish this article in any of the national news papers or televisions. Then this will be come into notice to the public how IBPS and banks making money from unemployed people

  4. Yes its examination system is a big failure. what I think is criteria of descriptive exam should not be taken into consideration, as the paper is manually checked there can be chances of system being bias, i cleared all the subjects with good marks, but couldn't make in descriptive exam.As the paper checker failed me in descriptive paper by 4 marks.

  5. @ALL : I am willing that this article must be published in any of the National Newspapers or Websites.Share this article with your friends on Facebook, Twitter or where ever you want. But point is that IBPS Examination System Sucks

More Comments on this topic are welcomed !!

  6. ibps makes fool the bank aspirants

  7. This will be very valuable article for future reference to the candidates.
Even I didn't get job at Bank of Baroda for the Bank PO, just because of their condition on Age eligibility. I fulfilled the Age condition of IBPS but not of BOB. Thus, there is also a differentiation between Banks' and IBPS's Rules and Conditions.. :(

  8. Please Publish this article in any of the national news papers or televisions. Then this will be come into notice to the public how IBPS and banks making money from unemployed people and qualified people are not getting even single interview calls.

  9. this is all abt money......both of ibps and banks are trying to make money from candidates.....for appearing in ibps exam u have just be a graduate...but for interview, banks required atleast 60% marks.....and apart from that banks are earning money by registration...if the candidates below 160 cant be appear in interview then y r u choosing cutt off marks 120.........try to improve ur system.....
    ibps..........

  10. Banks have to refund the amount to the candidates who are not called for the interview

Why because we are paying for that not for the banks fund

  12. yeah ibps bank exam is failure in some extent. beacuse only toppers r getting int. call repeatedly.instea dof that they only join only one bank & in other bakk in which they shortlist is remain vacant is use for another year for exam. though it is clear that the bank are wiilling 2 fill vacancies as early as possible . they are trying 2 make money by issuing same vacancy more than one time. ibps should set a limit for shortlisting for cadidate may be 2 or 3 only.

  13. Mere me ufm dikha raha hai but meine kuch nai kia is dis a technical failure plz koi btao m very worried if ny one knws anythng plz cntact me

  14. ibps CHOR HAI AUR USKA SATH SABHI 19 PARTCIPATING BANK DE RAHE HAI CANDIDATES KO KHUL KE LOOT RAHE HAI.

  15. Kuch bi edit nhi ho rha ibps ke form me... Kch galat ho gaya to kese thk kare...
Dubara bharne pr reject hoga ya nhi kuch pata nhi...

  16. yes absolutely right banks r making business tacks from all of us why should again banks should collect fees where should the lower marks candidate must go, in ibps clerk ibps called for 10th stand,12th stand students are eligible to write the ibps clerk exam, but where as bank of baroda issued a notification for graduation can only apply for clerk what is that govt should take act against them

  17. guys..just keep this in mind, they are d TOPPERS.They have worked harder and its correct that they are more intelligent and hard work saviours, thats why thet get this opportunity to choose a respective bank(s)...but dont worry if u hav scored well the banks will call u,i m confident that they will introduce waiting list....and max of u will be counted in.....so have faith and be patient...as its the biggest key.....toppers will definitely choose sbi and sbi associate banks...after the formalities are over everything will be fine
    ciao

  18. I THINK ALL IBPS PASSED STUDENT MUST BE CALL FOR INTERVIEW.

  19. why not we all ibps passed students are going in consumer forum regarding this selection process. why bank take our applications if they already deciding the list of students

  20. if d banks have 2 call only toppers dn d ibps should keep in mind when dey r evaluating ,,,,2 qualify only dt much candidate .i thnk 4 or 5 times vacancy.... n ds bank of baroda is being like HATHODA .....only 4 graduate ...post is of CLERKS not of officers..

  21. agar unko sirf toppers ko hi lena hai fir notification mai itna kam cutoff kyun deke baki asp ko loot rahe hain ,yeh apne hi future employees ko cheat karrahe hain kya yeh banks k ethics and brand values k liye sahi hai ,jitna respect mujhe bankng k job pe tha IBPS n Banks ka yeh great tamasha dekh k abb woh respect nahi aata banks k liye .

  22. Those student got low marks, banks will never call them for interview by putting high cut off list.
Then what is the use of passing this exam, isase achha to fail ho jate.
I got 128 marks & I am belongs to OBC category...I could not be attend single interview that for sure now.

  23. Hi All,

You people are right,Both Banks and IBPS are playing with our career as only the toppers are getting the Interview calls. They have a good opportunity to encash their score.I am not criticising those candidate who secured good marks in "IBPS CWE Exam", they are capable and have rights to get the selection in banks. No doubt IBPS has done a tremendous job by conducting CWE exam, However it is not going fruitful for us as they are not providing clear picture of recruitment process.
On one side,Banks are publishing job in their website on mentioning the minimum TWSS category wise for applying the job.On the other hand they are failed to fulfill the criteria.

Yet,They did not publish a transparent scenario for us.
I am asking one question from Banks : If they want to shortlist the higher score candidates, then why they are publishing the min TWSS?
I think Banks have all the details regarding the qualified candidates appeared in CWE PO/Clerck? if not why they don't have?

They can get it from IBPS and see how many candidates are eligible (got high marks) according to their respective banks, and then publish the name of candidate in the ratio of 1:3/1:4/1:5 and to be mentioned that these candidates are eligible to apply, those who want to apply can proceed the same.

Second thing, When one bank's formality is done, then other banks should have a right to publish the vacancy, so that existing eligible candidates could not repeat in other banks vacancies. They can again eligible for the other banks,Once the bank's final result is displayed.

Even we are a student and they are the professionals, then why they can't understand?
Should we have to suggest them what they have to do??

Why Banks are not doing so?
Why they are spoiling our career?
Why they are not providing clear picture?

Is all that go for money??

    Please stop this piracy!!

Need your support...Go for RTI of each and every bank.

Keep hard working!! Have a Good Luck for your future..!!

  24. THE SYSTEM OF IBPS IS NOTHING BUT ALL ABOUT MONEY. THEY ARE TRYING TO PLAY A NONSENCE GAME WITH THE EMOTION OF MANY UNEMPOYED PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD THINK ABOUT EVERY QUALIFIED CANDIDATE. IF THEY DON'T DO SO, THEY SHOULD CHECK THE NO OF QUALIFING CANDIDATES. IT'S THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO FULFILL THE XPECTATION OF THE HELPLESS PEOPLE AS IBPS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DOING THIS KIND OF JOB....

  25. Dear all candidates(IBPS PO),

    Must read this,'
i have taken the final selected PO list in both the websites Union and corporation.i have attached the excel sheet also. It is very hard to say this information to you. There are totally 195 candidates who are selected in both Union bank and Corp bank. The total vacancies of corporation bank is 355 only. Out of them, 195 were already selected in Union. Now who is going to suffer?. Obviously, both the waiting candidates and also the bank will suffer. Please guys, those who are reading this, you must post this whereever if possible. If you do this, this will create some awareness for the bank recruiters. Also the upcoming banks going to call the same candidates who were selected for their interview. This type of process will never allow the candidates who scored below 140 to enter into interview..
You can download the list of selected candiates in the following link

  26. Dear Aspirants ,

It is bring your notice that, out of 19 public sector banks 6 banks have released their notification for clerical recruitment so far, but out of 6 banks, only one bank, Bank of Maharashtra has given the chance to 10th Std. aspirants(who has qualified in the IBPS), whereas all other banks asked the 10+2, or graduation. My point is bringing to your notice that “ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA”…

IBPS notification they have mentioned that 10, 10+2, or graduation. Now banks are asking 10+2 or graduation.

However a successful IBPS aspirant, has score of 160, from Andhra Pradesh, I am unable to apply any of the bank now. I am just 10th Std. guy. It is very big disappointment for me… I hope across the India most of the aspirants are struggling due to the UNMATCHED ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA.

We are losing a great opportunity to work with banks, so IBPS should take initiative step to fulfill their commitment. It is not just ignored point. Behind our Score there is lot of EFFORTS and PRECIOUS TIME.

Give us chance to prove our self; it’s my humble request to IBPS higher authorities.

    Regards
    Avinash

  27. It's true guys who will raise an voice for it
cause i have spent more than 500+500+500 cwe + po +sbi written exam fees.
i passed in cwe now giving po/sbi which is going to b held in june
    --------------------------
    i have payed 200 + 150 + 200 + 150 - dena / bank of india / andrha /punjab sindh between 3/4 days for interview...
    --------------------------
total of 2000 to 2500 for this process...

  28. when we fill the application form of clerical cadre recruitment through IBPS there was not written anything regarding "clerical cadre recruitment would be State/UT wise basis, it will therefore be necessary that candidates apply for vacancies of a State/UT from which they have appeared for the common written examination and in which they qualified."
And we never filled any thing in the application form regarding we are applying for a specific State/UT . Only thing which we were filled is center of examination. How could IBPS self decided that center of examination and State/UT applied for is same?

Sir/Madam there are many students who are away from there "home town" for there studies, they fill the center of examination of the state where they are studying or there hostel/college located. But there home town is different ,so now in every bank's recruitment advertisement written that "clerical cadre recruitment would be State/UT wise basis, it will therefore be necessary that candidates apply for vacancies of a State/UT from which they have appeared for the common written examination and in which they qualified." so this thing is wrong and this is disappointed us. IBPS should write this thing earlier .That thing affects life of many students.

  29. Sab Milkar court chalte hai..

  30. Ibps should declare state & cat. wise vacancy with advertisement jaisa ki ab bank kar rahey h. By this candidates makes best choice.

  31. please anyone solve my problem. According to IBPS Clerical Recruitment Elegibility criteria is 60% in SSLC or 50% in SSC or Pass class of Graduation, that to these should be As on 01-08-2011.

But some banks are mentioning the Educational Qualfication as Graduation. My question is that my graduation exams got over in the month of May-June 2011, but my result got announced on 03-08-2011.

Am i eligible to apply on degree base when bank mentions Eduaction Qualification on 01-08-2011 ??????????

Please answer my question I am waiting for your reply.....

  32. @Shambhu: Yes you can apply.

  33. IBPS is a sham. there are many reasons for that.
Firstly,There is no sense why they qualified so many people in written test when banks are only to recruit a few and that too only the toppers.
Secondly, they have fixed the eligibility criteria for PO any graduate and for clerks even 10+2! But in reality at the time of interview it has been seen that banks only interested in recruiting Graduates with 60% and above for PO and for clerks at least a graduate(although they were forced to publish criteria as non-graduates).
Thirdly, there is a huge lack of coordination between IBPS and the participating banks. they don't know what is the probable no of vacancy for which state. Thus, a state where vacancy is few they have passed a huge no of candidates. What is the logic in passing so many in a state where requirement is few?
Fourthly, this process has become a tool of making quick money. While IBPS is charging handsome fees for conducting its' test then individual banks are charging separately for conducting interviews from candidates who may or may not get a call.
Fifthly, Why is there such a confusion regarding multiple applications from a single candidate? Being such big organizations IBPS and IBA could not foresee such a possibility and formulate preventive measures before launching the new system? This proves there is no or little coordination between different stakeholders and surely a lack of professionalism to say the least.

  34. sir!
ibps is a total confusion. nearly one lakh candidates cleared the exam but hardly 10% of them got jobs, affecting 90% of those who cleared. bcas the same toppers applied for most banks and got selected. though they faired well than others, but it affects others who have been dreaming of jobs. besides wasting money and time, they are losing hope inthe recruitment process itself. i wish to appreciate central bank of india which set mininmum tws for applying. other reputed banks have fooled nearly 90000 people just for making quick money.

i have scored 152 in obc category and 33 years old. i waited too long without any interview call letter but applied for all banks. waste of money and time.

now they are making cwe for rrbs. its going to be another fool game shattering the dreams of many aspirants...

  35. dnt try to make fraud. And dnt play games with unemplows lifes. try to get d solution for d gys who hav appeard for d xm.

  36. sir,
corruption in written exam(hard to say):-

    it is the fact that

The written exam paper of sbi clerks/po ,ibps, railways etc.. would leaked from midnight i.e night 12a.m to 1 a.m ,which paper is going to conduct in that day at morning 9am/ further.

    that means
the candidates who paid money to the persons(corrupted persons) would prepare for written exam paper in the overnight(1am to 5am) and after would write original exam at normal times.
this type of overnight preparations will done at secret places....
if the students did not write written exam properly than those papers would answered by the corrupted persons or else...

for sbi clerks nearly 7-8 lakhs per candidate
for rrb railways------4-5 lakhs per candidate
    and etc.....

    see sir,
if those candidates will guarantely get highest marks in the written exams
what about the students who do the hard work and how can these students can get the jobs
a strong systematic process should be introduced to avoid these types of corruptions

  37. IBPS EXAM PROBLEM :No use of just filling form if multiple selection is not stoped as PO is facing problem today and clerk will face tomorrow as most of po condidate are blocking clerk seat as they have not got chance in po so it's beneficial for all po and clerk to support this group and take active part and stop multiple selection....

  38. IBPS is making fool to unemployed youths. Why IBPS is not declaring result of successful candidates in the ration of 1:3.What is the need to merely pass the candidates in written examination. It is a competetive exam and not a school/college exam in which you say that a candidate who is securing 33% marks will be declared passed. When there is near about 19000 PO vaccancies what is the need to pass 1.10 lac candidates.Secondly Banks are also making fool the candidates. Why they say that candidates securing 130 TWS may apply for the post and when candidate applies and deposit Rs.200 they say that you are not shortlisted. If the candidate is not shortlisted and not eligible for interview why they are not refunding Rs.200 to candidates who are not shortlisted. It is obvious very clearly that IBPS and Banks both are making money and Government Of India has closed his eyes in this matter and it appears that she is also a partner of this game. In my view IBPS should not only conduct written exam but also conduct Personal Interview and select the candidates in the ratio of 1:3 as prviously The Banking Service Recruitment Board was doing.Alternatively the IBPS should conduct written exam and personal Interview and finally selected candidates should be given their preferences Bankwise and when a candidate joins any bank as per his choice or in order of merit his score card should be locked. If there will be no clear policy of selection money making game will be continued.
A well wisher of IBPS Aspirants

  39. i just want to say that if highly merit based candidate will be shortlisted & if only they will be given recruitment it means he/she is taking someone else job but what if he/she will leave his/her got job & move to another bank so its clear that then bank will not take an interview for that post separately & nobody will get that job. another thing is that bank of baroda declared min cut off marks for interview 145 but at the time of an interview the same goes to 155 so what about the fees paid by the candidates below 155 who all have paid the fees. i think we should file a sue on these types of banks.

  40. Actually banks are not giving the job but they are making money from the candidates.
I am an MBA in IT and have good score in IBPS exams and good academic record, even though banks did not find my profile suitable.

    Please see below facts

Process bias between banks and IBPS.
    Eligibility and cut off dilemma.
    Double fee standards
No clear picture about the recruitment process.
Repetition of the applicants in more than 1 bank.
Making huge money setting up by low cut off.

    See the calculation below...

Last year IBPS clerical exam pass out applicants was 1.1 lac
At least 4 time of 1.1 lac was seated in examination 4.4 lac approx
    Average examination fee is 200 per applicant (4.4 x 200) 8.8 crore.
Banks fee 300 Average for pass out candidates (1.1 lac x 300) 3.3 crore
    Average salary of a candidate (13000 avg pm x 12 months)= 156000.
Earns interest on the money (3.3cror) by minimum 15% per year by giving loans.

On above calculation a bank can higher 200 or more candidates and give them salary at least next 10 years or more till the time other exams in line to generate the revenue..

It means banks are making profit, using man power free, completing business targets and helping the nation by reducing unemployment.
They are seriously making us fool 4 times a year by charging fee through various exams.

We should not surprise, if they publishes fake vacancies also.

I am asking you all, can't we use RTI (Right to information Act) against them……..

    Thanks
    Sachin verma

  41. what is doing ibps board just earning the money from the students who have qualified the clerk exam the test conducted in three or four shifts from 27 no to 11 dec after that result was declared in feb after 15 and the marks was published on internet 6 march after four manths have elasped 14 banks have sshown their requirement one of them only two banks conducted the interview there is no interview result after taking the interview one month has passed. if two banks have taken interview the students of having marks 175 was called for interview. first tthose who have qualified the exam are fooled by the banks. banks first ask who have passing can apply for the interview after that hiher cut off is showed and those who have applied for the interview having minimum marks are not called. this is not the right way. ibps should take action as soon as possible. 160 above marks students did not get even a single interview 175+ students are called for interview again and again by differnt banks and in last who have 175+ marks are selected in 5 or six banks but he joins only one bank rest of students are not getting interview call. ibps is just earning the money through this process and making fool the studnets. the criteria when applied for the gettting the exam is totally opposite when applying for interview. it should be changed as soon as possible.ibps is just a wrong and bogus process

  42. I really have this displeasure creating by the process of IBPS, which everyone whoever got qualified had a hope that its a bright career chance to get into banking organisations.., but stood as the distant dream for most of the candidates among.. this is the issue i want to bring it to your notice.

When it comes to process like BSRB, the concept would be totally fruitful to almost all the candidates who got qualified, as the selection would be on whole, selecting 30,000 for 10,000 posts.., for illustration.

Where it comes to IBPS, all the banks involved in it are having their particular requirements. Each and every bank choosing only first 3000 ranks when they need some 1000 posts, for illustration. If that happens with all banks with that fixed requirement.., the purpose wouldn't be served neither to the candidates beyond the ranks they asked for.., nor to the banks too. as the top scorers would never stay constant and fixed with the particular organisation.
For example, Allahabad bank is having 1700 posts approx., can call an average of 5100 candidates from the top. that means, the rank holders from 1 to 5100 are eligible for interview. similarly, Andhra Bank and Canara Bank for which, interviews were already held have called for rank holders again starting from rank-1. that means, the rank holders beyond 5100 will never get a chance in this IBPS interview process. whereas, in BSRB for the similar number of posts (for ex: if all the banks requirement constitutes 10,000) rank holders up to 30,000 can have the opportunity to participate in the interviews process.

There by, through this IBPS selection process, nearly 25,000 candidates have lost their chance of participating in the interviews going on, presently. This is the biggest flaw which is actually disappointing the candidates badly whoever have their career hopes in IBPS.

Moreover, the creamy layer, which banks are thinking and calling for interviews starting from rank-1, may not continue in the banking career in a long run as they can get better opportunities in other fields in terms of monetary benefits. Take the example of State Bank Of India, when they have started the biggest recruitment process of the decade for 20,000 assistants, the bank with a forethought, have taken more than the required candidates. Such a giant Bank, which is offering good benefits to their employees cannot hold all these fresh recruits and some 5000 of them were already resigned and some are waiting to resign.

when no bank is ready to choose the candidates scored less than 150/250, then I wonder, why they have qualified every candidate who ever just scored 126 and below.

Am a candidate with a score 165, but still awaiting for at least one bank to call me up for a interview which is turning out of sight when the present scenario counts.

This mail is neither a complaint nor am pointing someone straight. It came out with the vexed up feeling of waiting for some positive thing to happen in IBPS which stand as the distant dream.

Hope, you take these things to the notice of concerned authorities of IBPS and let them know the bitter feelings of every qualified but ineligible candidates of this huge process.

  43. Hi Everyone,

I have done Btech and LLB and practising in High court Lucknow.Even I have given IBPS exam and got 150 score and I have above 60% marks through out my academic carrier.
I have apllied in more than 15 banks on the basis of cutoff advertised by them but didnt recieved any call for interview till date.
I'm planning to go to court against them.If you all are with me please join hands so that we can teach them good lesson.

    regards,
    Vinay Singh

  44. By now so many banks have called for interviews and announced shortlists as well. Can anyone give me a rough idea how long it would take to actually join the bank after getting shortlisted? Anybody who has been shortlisted recieved the appointment and joined work?

  45. Absolutely Right, IBPS khule aam SAB ko loot raha hainnnn, isko band karvane me koi hum students ki Madad (HELP) karo pleaseeee..

    IBPS Should be closed ........

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee Spread this WORD jab tak IBPS close na ho jayaeeee

Dear Candidate Facebook pe IBPS ka like page hain, use page par jitni marji chahe gali likho, taki sab candidate ko pata chale, IBPS fraud ke baare mae

    https://www.facebook.com/ibpsrecruitment2012

  46. yes these statement is so correct...as ibps flurts with us...our emotions...,as well as our money.....so make the eforrts to close it down...

  47. Vinay Singh I agree with u. We should go to the court against IBPS and all banks. Cheating and fraud is also type of corruption. They are corrupted. They are playing with our career and emotions.

  48. IBPS ke through bank me naukri milna ek bewkoofi hai kyoki yaha unhi ko job milta hai jo top list me hote hai. isse achha to pahle hi tha ab to paisa bhi doobta hai aur hope bhi.

  49. It is really true that IBPS exams are really a mess. what the heck is going on? we dont get clear informations regarding the process of interview. infact, nothing is clear except conducting the exams. Though the concept of common exam is perfect, but only the proceedings arent proper. it is informed that the second po exam results are going to be results in october(it's sure)and all the candidates clearing it are expected to be called for interviews by banks irrelevant to their scores even the lowest scorer can participate in the interviews. Now, point is, the second exam was really tough and it is clear that the pass percentage will surely be very low when compared to the previous result. it is really ridiculous that the standard of exam was hiked without any information. IBPS is really messing up everyone's carrer dreams. Hope for the best.

  50. Hate IBPS. Maine first time ye exam dene ki sochi..aur inhone mera exam center itni door daal diya..in meerut (i live in west delhi)..
    Not gonna take this exam!!

  51. so, should i give the exam??
